How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

Not nearly enough but I am a work in progress…

I am saying no… a lot more than I used to.

I’m aware it should be more no’s to other peoples bs….

I know saying yes to things I want more of and to do more of and have the best interest of my goals in the forefront… being of service is wonderful and I am blessed to have the willingness to do so… yet I need to be better about saying yes to what I can and stop saying yes when I can’t and have no business doing so…

So I haven’t been so great at saying no… but I’m getting better!!!
